Lash extensions come in five styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash. Natural Volume uses delicate lash fans for a fuller look that still reads as natural. Full Volume adds density and depth with a soft, wearable finish. Mega Volume uses ultra-lightweight handmade fans for maximum density and a dramatic effect. Wispy mixes lash lengths with volume fans for a textured, dimensional look. Lash lifts are offered as a Korean Lash Lift with tint, which the salon says typically lasts 8 to 10 weeks, and a keratin lash lift with tint. Extension removal uses a remover that dissolves the adhesive.
Brow services include shaping with wax and trim followed by a massage, tinting for up to 4 weeks, threading without wax or harsh chemicals, and keratin brow lamination for setting brow hairs in a chosen direction and shape. Lamination is recommended for thin, unruly or rigid brow hair, and a maintenance visit is available for clients who have had it. Permanent makeup covers powder or ombre brows, lash enhancement, lip blushing and permanent eyeliner, with each treatment customized to the client's features and chosen style.
Visits have a few practical steps. Clients lying down for lash extensions should expect about 2 to 3 hours on the table. Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to avoid waterproof mascara or any mascara for 24 hours and to avoid caffeine for at least an hour, arriving with a freshly washed face and lashes. Guests, including children, family, friends and pets, cannot accompany clients during services. Fills are recommended about two weeks after a set and suit gaps of 1 to 3 weeks; a full set is needed after 4 weeks or more. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged 50% of the service payment, and deposits are non-refundable, though deposits on full sets may move to a later date with 48 hours' notice.
