The salon describes its space as designed for elegance, wellness and artistry. Japanese Head Spa is its signature service. A session begins with steam, followed by scalp cleansing, exfoliation and a scalp massage, and treatments can include pressure point massage and lymphatic flow work. Relaxing Scalp Cleanse runs 60 minutes, Nourishing Cleanse runs 90 minutes with two rounds of shampooing and a hydrating treatment, and Revitalizing Scalp Cleanse runs two hours with an arm and hand massage.

For guests who want more than one service, the Ultimate Japanese Head Spa Experience is a two-hour visit combining a one-hour head spa with a classic facial, Solza and keratin therapies, and a blow-dry and style. Add-ons include Solza Deep Conditioning Treatment, Classic Facial, Keratin Therapy Hair Treatment, which the salon says restores protein and moisture, and Blow-Dry and Style, which the salon calls its JHS exclusive blowout.

The salon says it uses clean products and salon-quality products in its treatments, and it states that its waxing is done with premium-grade waxes. A Complimentary Color Consultation is offered at no charge. Some treatments are done under warm dryer caps, according to the salon.
