A separate set of makeup and event packages sits alongside the hair services.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. Opening hours vary by day, starting between 9:30 and 10 in the morning and closing between 7 and 7:45 in the evening. Clients book through the salon's Setmore booking page. New clients pay a $20 deposit that holds the appointment, with the full price paid at the visit, and appointments are paid in cash only.

Some prices depend on the service details. A wash adds $10 to the price of a service. Ponytail prices may vary, and curl pricing depends on hair length. Take Down Service removes sew-ins or braids and includes deep conditioning, a wash and a blow dry. Frontal Box Braids need a lace frontal, new or used.

The packages are a large part of the menu. Prom Deal covers hair, makeup and lashes for one price, with a color up charge that depends on the shade, and wigs can be dropped off one to two days before the appointment. Homecoming is for students only and includes lashes, but it excludes sew-ins and braids and has to be booked as the All In One package to get the up charge. All In One is one price for hair and makeup, with the client choosing the style and look; it also excludes sew-ins and braids and charges extra for frontals. The Content Model package covers hair, makeup, lashes, a mini photoshoot, all photos and videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and press-on nails on request.

For weddings, the Wedding Hair and Makeup Consultation includes a full face makeup trial for the bride and styling to the look she chooses. Booking a wedding requires a $200 deposit that holds the set date and is non-refundable, with a $50 travel fee added and three weeks' notice needed to cancel. Full payment is due on the day before services, by Cash App or Zelle, and each bridesmaid pays a $25 deposit once the bride books. The salon also runs a One-on-One Session for $200, a hands-on class where the client picks the styles and is guided through wig installs, ponytails, quick weaves, silk press, curls and natural hair styling. The client brings their own model, and a supply list is provided for the selected styles. The salon sells Rich Strands hair bundles; all bundle sales are final, and bundles are picked up once orders are complete.
