Grounded beauty & wellness is set up as a private studio where each appointment is one-on-one. The space is meant to feel calm and relaxing, with personal attention in place of a rushed, traditional salon pace. The owner, Samantha T, has over 15 years of experience according to the About page.

On the nail side, the studio offers gel manicures, Gel X extensions (which the studio says are less damaging than traditional acrylics), a Structured Natural Manicure that strengthens natural nails with a Luminary overlay, and several pedicures. The Gentlemen's Pedicure is designed for men and focuses on relaxation, hygiene and grooming. Nail art is kept clean, modern and minimalist, with simple French tips, chrome accents, glitter, foil transfers and gems. Intricate hand-painted art, portraits and character designs are not offered, though clients can send an inspiration photo before booking to check whether it is a fit. Acrylic and MMA removals are not offered.

Waxing is a large part of the menu, from lip, nose and brow work to full arm, full back and Brazilian services. Brazilian waxing is booked for first visits or when more than four weeks have passed since the last appointment. Established clients on a steady three and a half to four week routine can book a maintenance Brazilian. The Pre Brazilian Treatment is a post-waxing recovery session with cleansing, steam, exfoliation, ingrown hair care as needed and a cooling mask; the studio says it helps reduce ingrown hairs, bumps and irritation after waxing. The facials are a mini facial with steam, hot towels and a customized mask, and a back facial with deep cleansing and hydration from shoulder to shoulder.

Booking and policies: appointments are made through the Glossgenius page, and packages apply credits automatically at checkout. Clients are asked to give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice, no-shows and cancellations after the scheduled time are charged 25% of the service total, and any cancellation fee must be paid before new appointments can be booked. Customizable gift cards start at $10. Hours are Monday 4 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday 4 PM to 8 PM, Saturday 5 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM; Tuesday and Thursday are closed.

Each appointment is one-on-one, with a relaxed pace and personal attention rather than a high-volume schedule.
