Color is organized around a consultation. New clients book a color consultation first, which takes about 30 minutes and covers hair and scalp condition, the look they want, and a recorded color formula. A consultation and a color service cannot be booked on the same day. Global color uses the Schwarzkopf Color System, an ammonia-free permanent formula. Highlights are done with foils, bleach and a custom toner, and options range from a partial highlight over the front and sides to a full head of foils or highlights combined with color. A demi-permanent gloss or toner is available for refreshing tone, and a plant-based henna stain is offered as a chemical-free option, with a consultation recommended beforehand.

Scalp and hair loss services form their own group. A scalp and hair assessment reviews scalp health and leads to a customized wellness plan. Other options include oxygen scalp therapy, which uses vacuum stimulation to exfoliate and infuse oxygen and nourishing ingredients, microcurrent scalp therapy using low-level electrical currents, and an Awaken Scalp Facial with exfoliation, massage, hydration and a finish with a blow-dry and large braids. Derma Capillary Follicle Therapy uses Simone Trichology's Derma Capillary Mask with targeted scalp treatments. The Verna Hair & Body Method is a 14-day program built on trichology principles and designed to support scalp wellness and reduce breakage. Low light laser therapy is offered as a 36-session series of 20-minute sessions using red light wavelengths, and as a 12-week monthly plan, with a 12-week minimum recommended for best results.

Keratin smoothing comes in three versions, each matched to a hair texture: Acai suits fine strands, Chocoa is designed for curls, and True Zero is made for tightly coiled hair. No formaldehyde is used, and the smoothing lasts up to three months. Booking keratin together with a color service is offered at a reduced rate. For natural hair, the menu includes a natural blowout, a wash and go with curl enhancer, and two strand twists or natural braids in several sizes. Braid pricing depends on the thickness and length chosen, and no added hair is included.

Gift certificates for Head Spa services are sold in $75 and $125 values. Some services cannot be paid for with gift certificates; redeemable options include classic cuts, silk presses or curls, natural blow outs, wash and go, henna, and rod sets.
