The facial menu includes a 60-minute Relaxation Facial that combines cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, a treatment mask and massage for the neck, shoulders, hands and feet. Other facials address specific concerns: dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair and exfoliates more deeply than microdermabrasion, and microdermabrasion is a non-surgical exfoliation aimed at fine lines, scarring, sun damage and acne. The Biolight Brightening Facial uses the Repêchage BIOLIGHT system with Glyco-Sea Peel for dark spots and hyperpigmentation, while the Hydra 4 Red-Out Facial is aimed at redness, sensitive skin and rosacea. There is also a 5 Phase Firming Facial built on a pentapeptide treatment and Vita Cura Opti Lift Serum, a Gentleman's Facial designed for male skin, and a Tighten and Tone Microcurrent treatment that uses low-level electricity to lift and tighten with no downtime.

Before a facial, clients can book extra time to review the intake form, have their skin analyzed and talk through treatment options. The Acne Relief Facial begins with skin analysis and a personalized plan, and its price stays the same regardless of which products or tools are used. Massage ranges from a Relaxation Massage with steamy towels, aromatherapy and a foot treatment, to Medical Massage aimed at pain, inflammation and limited range of motion, along with prenatal, hot stone and warm bamboo, deep tissue, reflexology, and headache or sinus relief sessions. Reflexology or another enhancement can be added to any facial or massage for an additional $50.

Brownstown studio bookings are handled by phone call or text, with appointments scheduled around class times. Gift certificates can be printed or emailed right away through the website. Custom certificates can be emailed or collected at no added cost when requested by phone or text. Beyond Brownstown, the spa's service area takes in Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, Canton, Plymouth, Wayne, Trenton, Woodhaven, Belleville, Romulus, Carleton, Flatrock, Monroe and Waltz.

Facial visits begin with an intake review, skin analysis and a discussion of treatment options, and bookings at the Brownstown studio are arranged around class times.
