Services are grouped into brows, facials, lashes and waxing. Facials range from a one-hour custom treatment that includes an upper body massage and free add-ons, to a dermaplaning facial that takes 70 minutes and a 40-minute back facial aimed at back acne. Lash options include lash tints, lash lifts, and several full-set and fill-in styles, including a brown-lash version for a more subtle look. Brow work covers tinting, lamination and shaping, and waxing is available for areas from the lip and chin to the half arm.

Appointments can be booked online. The studio is open Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 8 PM, and is closed on weekends. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment incur a 50% service charge, and no-shows are charged the full booked service.

Treatments are built around the esthetics work the studio offers, with a focus on the experience as well as the result.
