The services are grouped into color, consultation, cuts and styling, extensions, and treatments. Color runs from a Basic appointment of about 90 minutes, which covers grey coverage, root retouch, an all-over refresh without lightening, or all-over glosses, to Full Custom Color of about 240 minutes, which can be full highlights, full blonding or global blonding. Full Custom Color is priced by how much product is used. Partial and Mini appointments cover smaller highlight, blonding and color block work, and Vivid Custom Color needs a consultation before an estimate is given.

A consultation is 30 minutes and costs nothing. Larger projects, including Vivid Custom Color, Corrective Custom Color, one-row weft extensions and clip-in extension installs, require one first. Corrective Custom Color is a large-scale project booked as a full day of about 360 minutes and includes a haircut.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before the appointment. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows are charged the full estimated service cost. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery, and gift card sales are final. The studio is closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and open Sunday from 12 to 6 PM.
