The salon describes itself as a private, one-on-one studio rather than a busy salon. Clients begin with a consultation, which is free and private, and new clients are encouraged to book one. Free 15-minute consultations are also offered to talk through hair goals. Same-day consultations are available, and evening and same-day appointments can be requested.

Hair services use Natulique products, which the salon states are certified organic, and the color line is ammonia-free.
