Services are built around color: root maintenance, full color, dimensional color, a range of highlight levels from mini highlights around the face to full highlights, and Keratin Tip extensions applied strand by strand. Many clients come back over many years, and the studio says about half of its current clients have been with her for a decade or more.

Visits are unhurried. While color processes, clients can rest quietly or talk with the stylist. Maintenance instructions and product guidance are provided for extensions, and hair care tips and the ingredients in products are explained during appointments so clients can choose products for themselves. New clients are asked to complete the new client form on the website before booking, and a free 30-minute new client consultation is available to talk through hair goals first.

Each look is created individually, with trends used only where they suit the client, and mini maintenance appointments are offered to keep color fresh between larger services.
