Booking policies are worth reading before a visit. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours of notice. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and those who arrive later may need to reschedule or may receive a shortened service. If a late client chooses to go ahead, a late fee of 25 percent of the service total applies, and if they choose not to, 50 percent of the service total is added to their profile and must be paid on return.
