Haircuts, styling, blowdries and formal updos are offered alongside color, smoothing and conditioning treatments, and extensions. Every styling service begins with an in-depth consultation. Color services include a consultation, the color application, gloss where it applies, and a shampoo and style. Prices vary by artist; haircut pricing depends on length or density, technique and age, and color pricing may vary by length and density. Free consultations are offered for smoothing and conditioning services.

Color is a major focus. The salon uses Wella Professional products and professional pigments, adds B3 bond builder to full highlight services, and recommends UV and heat protectants from Oribe and Iles Formula to help color last. Offerings include balayage, precision foiling, gray coverage, glossing with pH balancing, and Foilyage, which blends balayage with foil highlights. Color correction covers moving clients from box dye or uneven tones to a target shade, as well as platinum blonding and vibrant fashion shades. It requires a consultation, and a deposit is taken for appointments longer than 3 hours.

Extensions are customized for each guest and begin with a complimentary consultation, where the artist covers the look, the options and ordering. The extension services are certified in tape-ins, hand-tied wefts and hot bonds, and use Hairdreams, Bellami, Hot Heads, Perfectress and Bombshell extensions. Hair must be purchased in advance to secure an installation appointment, and hair packages cannot be refunded or returned. A $50 fee applies to no-shows for the new client consultation.

Hours are Monday 10AM to 4PM, Tuesday through Friday 9AM to 7PM, and Saturday 9AM to 5PM; the salon is closed on Sundays. Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes late; after that, appointments must be rescheduled and the 24-hour cancellation fee applies. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours costs the total of the booked services, as does a no-show. Pets are not permitted except registered service animals, and guests are asked not to bring visitors or children to appointments.

The salon says its aim is to reclaim and reinvent the standards of salon culture, and it emphasizes hair structural integrity in every coloring service. It chooses hair care products designed to nourish and protect hair.
