Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, 9 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday, and 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome, and clients can also join the wait list through Online Check-In on greatclips.com or the Great Clips app, which shows estimated wait times. Online Check-In opens five minutes after the salon does and closes to new check-ins 15 minutes before closing. It cannot be used to book perms or formal updos, so those need a phone call to the salon. Requests for a particular stylist are made in person at check-in, not online, and may lengthen the wait.
