Volume extensions use several per natural lash for a fuller look, and a client with classic lashes can move to volume at a refill without removing the classics first.

The salon describes the extension process as relaxing and pain-free, done with the eyes closed, and says that when lashes are applied properly by a lash artist they do not harm natural lashes. Full sets take 120 minutes or more depending on the artist, while fills and touch-ups take 45 to 90 minutes. The extensions are synthetic polyester with a satin finish.

Makeup is done by hand in the studio, and the studio does not offer airbrush makeup. Bridal makeup, wedding party makeup and junior bridesmaid makeup are available, along with trial runs that the client chooses whether to book. Clients can share reference photos for a particular look, and most makeup appointments take 45 to 60 minutes. Special FX work varies in time by design. Makeup can also be done on location, with a travel fee of $0.75 per mile beyond 15 miles and a minimum of four people or $350 for on-location jobs.

Booking requires a card on file to reserve appointments, and new clients pay a 50% deposit by emailed invoice within 24 hours to hold their time. Payment is due at the end of the service. Clients should arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, mascara, oil and eye creams, and avoid coffee before a lash appointment. Extra guests, including children, are not permitted, and cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice.

Focuses on extensions applied with care and backed by aftercare guidance, including oil-free products around the lashes. The salon says that properly applied extensions do not harm natural lashes.
