Visits are by appointment only, booked online through Vagaro or by call or text. The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on Sundays. A free in-person consultation at the studio is recommended for a new look or a first visit. Major color changes, color correction and clients with previous color usually begin with a consultation, and larger changes may take more than one appointment, which the salon explains before starting. Prices depend on hair length and the look wanted, and color, highlight and balayage pricing can vary with length and density.
Services are grouped around color: balayage and blonding, highlights and lowlights, custom all-over color, toner and gloss, and gray coverage with root touch-ups. Haircuts for women, men and children, trims, bang trims, hairstyling and blow-dries are also offered, and many color services can be booked together with a haircut. Highlights and partial balayage include toner and a blow-dry, and root touch-ups cover about four to six weeks of regrowth and include a blow-dry. A conditioning treatment can be added during an appointment.
The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rebook. Cancellations or missed appointments without that notice may be charged part or all of the service amount.
Each color plan starts with the client's current color and hair condition rather than one standard formula. Balayage placement, brightness and tone are customized around the starting color, the hair itself and the grow-out the client wants.
