A visit usually begins with a free 30-minute consultation, where you can talk through your hair goals and questions so the studio can plan a suitable route. Clients who have questions before booking can also send them through the contact page.

Color services include toner and gloss refreshes, root and partial touch-ups, a small foil for subtle brightness or regrowth at the hairline and part, half and full head foiling, and balayage or foilage for a lived-in look. Many color services can be combined with a cut or a blowout.

Hair treatments include molecular repair, a metal detox treatment meant to remove metals trapped inside the hair fiber, and a deep conditioning mask. Haircuts are offered for women, men, boys and girls, along with beard and bang trims and shampoo, styling and formal up-style appointments.

The studio offers gift cards and Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, which requires approval before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged half of the scheduled service price, and a no-show is charged the full price.
