Hair services cover color, cutting, styling, treatments and extensions. Color ranges from all-over color and root retouches, which are typically done every four to six weeks, to partial and full highlights and hand-painted balayage with a root melt and gloss. Women's and men's cuts are customized by the stylist, and blow outs and special occasion styles are also available. Special occasion styles do not include a wash, so hair should arrive clean and dry.

Several treatments can be added to color or used on their own to address specific hair concerns. A glossing treatment tones color and restores shine, the Malibu treatment removes build-up from hard water, pool chlorine and water softeners, and the K18 treatment is a molecular repair or chelating service. Each of these is priced separately and does not include styling. Hair extensions can be installed or moved up.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions. Fills are available for extensions that have grown out or shed, and full sets are available for a first application. A keratin lash lift and tint curls natural lashes and darkens them. Brow tinting uses a semi-permanent tint to darken brows.

Several policies apply when booking. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, with a 50% fee charged to the card on file for shorter notice, a 75% fee for 24 hours' notice, and a full fee for a no-show or for not calling to reschedule. New clients pay a deposit for certain services, including special occasion styles, several highlight and balayage services, color correction, hair extensions and full lash sets. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
