The studio's core is lash work: classic, wet, hybrid and volume eyelash extension sets, with fills at one, two and three weeks, plus lash lifts and a Korean lash lift. Brow services cover lamination, waxing with shaping and trimming, and tinting, with a Brow Trio that combines lamination, shaping wax and tint in one visit. Waxing covers upper lip, underarm and Brazilian areas, and the facial menu includes a dermaplane facial, a custom facial tailored to the client's skin needs, and a teen facial.

The custom facial moves through a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, high frequency, a custom mask, facial massage, toner, serum and moisturizer. Services are listed with approximate durations on the booking site, so clients can plan their time.

Booking is secured with a nonrefundable deposit that goes toward the service. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment start time, and deposits are forfeited for cancellations or reschedules outside that window. Clients with an unexpected emergency or illness are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible. A no-show requires a 50% fee of the booked service before rebooking.

For lash appointments, clients arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and avoid caffeine for at least 8 hours beforehand. Products near the eye can lead to rescheduling. A lash fill requires at least 40% of the extensions still in place; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Lashes between 18 and 25 days old qualify for a 3 week fill, and anything older is booked as a full set. Outside fills are welcome with approval, to be discussed before booking. Clients arriving early should wait in their car until their slot. No extra guests are allowed, including children. Payment is accepted by Zelle, debit or credit card, and exact cash only.
