A balayage appointment usually runs a couple of hours: the colorist talks through hair type, color history and the desired result, then lightens by hand, processes under foil or plastic wrap, tones, and washes and styles. Extension installation includes a consultation, color and texture selection, preparation of the natural hair, placement, and aftercare instructions, and can take a few hours to a full day. Tape-in extensions last about 6 to 8 weeks with proper maintenance, fusion up to 6 months, and micro-link up to 3 to 4 months.

Beyond hair, the studio offers facials, LED therapy and facial add-ons such as lip treatment, neck and decollete treatment and ultrasound therapy. Facial options include anti-aging, deep cleansing, dermaplaning, sensitive skin, microdermabrasion and a shorter express mini facial of about 30 minutes; most other facials run 60 to 90 minutes. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, with threading for brow shaping, and lash and brow services include lash lift, brow lamination and tint. Nail and hand care, body sculpting, massage and hot stone services are also listed.

The studio also handles bridal and wedding work, including bridal and bridal party hair styling, bridal and bridal party makeup, and false eyelash application. Hair, makeup and men's grooming can be arranged on location for weddings, events and photoshoots in Los Angeles, with on-location prices available by contacting the studio.
