The service list is organized by style. Children have their own Back 2 School groupings, one for ages 6 and under and one for ages 7 to 12.

Because it is a home studio, the address is not shared upfront. The full location is sent four hours before the appointment. Hair is optional: clients can supply their own, or add hair for an additional charge. Booking requires a $25 non-refundable fee, and the deposit goes toward the service price but does not cover included hair. Walk-ins and same-day appointments need a deposit. Payment is accepted through CashApp and Apple Pay, and Zelle is not accepted. Questions and appointment confirmations are handled by text message only.
