ARMAND SALON SUITES

Armand Salon Suites is a suite building that rents private salon spaces to beauty and service professionals in Chicago. It has four locations: two on North Clark Street in Andersonville (North and South) and two on West Lawrence Avenue in Lincoln Square (East and West).

Single suites are about 100 square feet and start at $250 to $350 per week, and larger studios are offered as doubles. The minimum lease term is one year. Each suite is furnished and turn-key ready, with a sink, mirror, custom cabinetry, retail shelving and a high-end salon chair. Renters can decorate the space to suit their own style. Suites have a locked door, and some features depend on the renter's profession.

Water, WiFi, electricity, and TV and cable are included in the rent. Shared spaces include an on-site washer and dryer, a waiting area, restrooms, water fountains, kitchenettes with a refrigerator and microwave, and an employee break room. Street parking is plentiful, and building access uses 24/7 key fob entry.

Renters run their own businesses here: they set their own prices, sell their own products and manage their own schedules. Renters listed on the directory pages cover hair, barbering, nail, esthetics, makeup and tattoo work. One Lincoln Square East renter, Golden Day Spa, lists facials, waxing, microblading, lash services, eyebrow threading, micro-needling and professional makeup application.

Each renter operates as an independent business in their own suite, setting prices, products and schedules.
