The menu covers a wide range: cuts for men, women and children, root work, balayage, foil highlights and dimensional color, color correction, and styling for events. Beauty services include brow tint, facial waxing and makeup for special occasions or bridal. A scalp treatment called the Spa Scalp Facial is a 45-minute exfoliation and massage that can be booked alone or added to a haircut. It is not recommended alongside color services.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's booking page. Several color services need a finishing service such as a blow dry or haircut, unless the client chooses to leave with wet hair. Weddings are arranged differently: prospective couples complete a questionnaire on the weddings page, and after the inquiry arrives the studio emails a first draft of the wedding contract. The studio also takes on in-studio and on-location work for shoots, interviews and showers.

Gift cards are available, and balances can be checked on the site.
