Extensions are the core of the salon. K-tip extensions, also called keratin bond extensions, are attached with a keratin bond and heat tool, and each bond is hand made to match the density of the client's natural hair rather than using factory bonds. Beaded row extensions are a semi-permanent method in which wefts are sewn onto a silicone-lined track of beads, offered in 18 inch with 20 gram wefts or 22 inch with 25 gram wefts. The salon also offers its own luxury human hair extensions, fully customized to each client, with virgin, Russian and Slavic textured hair custom sourced on request. One Row extensions start at $175 and Two Row extensions start at $350, and neither price includes the hair. Extension consultations are offered before a first extension service, either virtually or in person, and a welcome guide with preparation tips is emailed before a first visit. Extension removal starts at $50 per row, K-tip removal starts at $150, and maintenance starts at $45.

Color services include base touch-ups starting at $120, color gloss from $85, tone melt from $105, balayage highlights in mini, partial and full sizes starting at $190, $220 and $305, all over color from $195, and bleach and tone from $320. Bleach and tone lightens up to half an inch of grow out and then tones all over. A color consultation lets clients meet their stylist and share ideas and inspiration photos in person or by voice or video call.

Styling services include dry styles from $50, blowouts from $65, platinum blowouts from $80 (designed for clients with extensions or extra long or thick hair), haircuts from $90, special occasion styling from $110 which does not include a blowout, makeup from $130 for a full face with false eyelashes extra, and a customizable hair botox smoothing treatment from $400 that reduces frizz and adds shine. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 7pm, and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
