Color is at the center of the menu. Options run from a quick gloss for shine or faded color to all-over color from roots to ends, root touch-ups, partial and full highlights, and balayage. A partial balayage includes a Money Piece touch-up or foils around the face, and a full balayage is a customized blonde technique. Most color services finish with a blowout. Gray coverage and color correction are offered, and corrective color requires a consultation before booking. Day-old hair works for most color services. Color consultations are available, and in-person consultations are offered for color transformations, extensions and personalized plans before a visit is booked.

Extensions are another focus. Pricing depends on the desired length, fullness and hair type, and a custom quote for hair and installation is given at the consultation. Maintenance visits usually fall every four to eight weeks depending on the method. Extension guests facing an installation emergency can book Extensions 9-11, which is complimentary within the first 10 days after installation, with a fee that may apply after that. Haircut options include The Haircut and The Barbering Cut, both done with clippers and scissors and styled, a Child's Haircut for ages 10 and below (shampoo and styling not included), The Blowout with shampoo, The Luxury Blowout with hot-tool styling such as flatiron work or curls, and The Fringe Trim, a dry trim for existing bangs.

Smoothing is offered as Keratin Complex or Sweet Smoothing, and the stylist and client choose together. Treatments include The Nourish Treatment, The Restore Treatment, which uses Alfaparf formulas adjusted to each client's hair needs, and The Revive Treatment, a deep-conditioning mask with a Cellula Madre vial for repair, strength and manageability. The salon calls The Restore Treatment its most transformative option and The Revive Treatment its most popular choice for stressed, color-treated or lifeless hair. Payment is accepted by major credit cards, cash and digital methods. Concerns about a service can be raised within 7 days so the salon can make it right, though adjustments do not cover changes to the original service plan or booking.
