Color is central to the menu. Partial highlights come in several formats, priced from $125 to $160 and taking roughly 90 to 105 minutes depending on the option. Partial highlights sessions cover the top, sides and crown and include toner. Balayage, full highlights and full foil, face frame foil and highlights, hairline sessions, root retouch, gloss and toning sessions, and full and mini blonding sessions are also offered. Haircuts, blowdry with styling and formal styles round out the hair services, alongside keratin and metal detox pre-treatments, other treatments, waxing and consultations.

Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows or missed appointments without cancellation are charged the full service before another visit can be booked. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule, with a 50% fee. Services are not refunded, but adjustments can be requested within 7 days; retail products can be returned within 7 days. Children under 13 without an appointment must be left with a caretaker, except nursing mothers and babies. The salon reserves the right to refuse service and asks clients and staff to treat each other with respect.
