The salon's stated aim is to leave guests happy and satisfied with their services, and it describes itself with the phrase Customer Obsession. Learning is part of the routine: the team takes part in ongoing continuing education, in-salon programs in color formulating, cutting and motivational speaking, and training with premier hair stylists and product companies around the world.

A visit begins with a free consultation, which gives you an estimate before any service. An exact price can be confirmed by booking a consultation or asking your stylist on the day of the appointment. Price ranges account for the stylist's experience and the length and texture of your hair. Guests are offered complimentary beverages and homemade snacks.

Booking and payment: phone bookings collect card details, and online booking requires a credit card. Creative and corrective color both require a consultation before booking. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full cost. A deposit may be requested for frequent cancellations or no-shows, and further services may be refused.

Late arrivals of over 15 minutes may cut a service short or lead to a rebooking. Phones are expected to stay silent during appointments. Children under 9 who are not getting a service need to be with an adult, and that adult must not be getting one either. Changes to an appointment can be made within two weeks of the booked time, and clients are asked to return to the stylist they first booked with.
