The facial menu runs from a 60-minute Refresh Facial at $135, focused on cleansing, exfoliation and hydration with high quality products, to two 75-90 minute options at $165. The Lymphatic Facial includes gentle lymphatic drainage massage and is aimed at puffiness. The Ultrasonic Facial uses high-frequency vibrations to loosen dead skin and clear congestion from pores. The LightWave Infusion Facial, at $270 and taking roughly 1.75 to 2 hours, combines LightWave LED therapy, Topical Light Infusion and a customized facial with a targeted topical infusion. Facials typically include exfoliation, steam towels, extractions, massage and a custom treatment mask, and the studio recommends home products to help maintain results.

Advanced skincare can be booked on its own or added to a regular facial. LightWave LED is a standalone light therapy service at $135 that includes cleansing and light exfoliation. LightWave Infusion, also called LightWave LED Topical Light Infusion, is $180 and includes cleansing and light exfoliation. Procell Microchanneling is $350 and is an advanced collagen induction treatment that uses microchannels and growth factor serums; the studio says it stamps vertically rather than dragging, which it describes as creating uniform channels for serum absorption. The studio is not a medical facility and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and clients who have had Botox, filler or other cosmetic procedures should check waiting periods with their provider first.

Waxing covers the face and body using premium hard and soft wax. Facial waxing (brow shaping $30, lip $20, chin $20, sideburns $30) is only offered as an add-on to a facial or LightWave service. Body waxing is currently available to existing wax clients only, with limited availability, and maintenance appointments every 4 to 6 weeks are recommended for best results and comfort.

Booking requires at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and changes made 24 hours or less ahead, or a missed appointment, are charged in full. Repeat no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit or prepayment, and late arrivals may have their appointment shortened while still owing the full price. Deposits and services are non-refundable and product sales are final. Gift cards can be purchased online in any amount for services and retail products, but cannot be used for deposits online; clients must email to do so. Clients can check in by texting 617-999-0174 or through the Vagaro app.

Facials are built around each client's skin needs, concerns and goals, with techniques and products chosen at every visit rather than a fixed protocol.
