Every treatment starts with a conversation about the client's skin and goals, and ends with a home-care plan the client can follow between visits. The studio describes its work as results-driven and says it uses professional skincare and carefully chosen products, combining those with advanced techniques and ongoing education.

The facial menu runs from a quick Cèla Glow on the Go refresh to the 90-minute Cèla Signature Ritual, which includes double cleansing, steam, extractions as needed, massage, a collagen mask, LED light and hot stones. Other facials use specific methods: hydrodermabrasion, ultrasonic exfoliation, microdermabrasion, an oxygen-focused facial, and a restorative option for sensitive skin. All 90-minute facials include extra customized treatment time and a relaxing back massage. Some services list two prices, reflecting session length options chosen with the esthetician.

The Clear Skin Program is built for acne. It opens with an initial consultation and first treatment that includes an acne assessment, a review of skincare and lifestyle habits, and home-care recommendations, followed by ongoing treatments. The program uses Face Reality acne care products, which clients buy separately for home use. A six-treatment version is also offered.

Chemical peels are selected according to skin condition, treatment history and goals, with intensity adjusted to match. Options address hyperpigmentation, sun damage, post-acne discoloration, fine lines, wrinkles and uneven texture. The studio also offers lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, and a waxing menu that uses a premium wax suited to sensitive skin.

The studio is by appointment only. Clients book online without paying in advance and pay at the visit, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available through the booking platform for eligible bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks; longer gaps or poor lash retention may call for a full set, decided at the appointment. Saturdays are closed.

Treatments are tailored to each client and aim to help them understand their skin and work toward realistic goals, with a home-care plan at the end of each visit.
