Manicure and pedicure menus run from classic and gel services to themed spa options. Several scented manicure and pedicure lines come with their own scrubs and masks, including lavender, green tea, mint, milk and honey, and tropical fruit blends, and QTICA Smart Spa services can be paired with one of ten scents. The Glow Signature Gold service uses CBD-based products and is priced from $99 to $125, while the luxury organic service uses products described as natural botanicals that are vegan and paraben-free and runs from $85 to $105. Some pedicures are performed in a VIP room.

Eyelash menus include strip, cluster, individual or classic, wetlook, light or wet wispy, hybrid, and mega or Russian volume styles, with classic full sets starting at $169 and strip lashes at $20. Facials range from a 35-minute mini facial at $55 to a 60-minute deep pore cleaning facial at $95, with aromatherapy and back facials also offered. Eyebrow tinting is $45, and waxing covers the face, body, and men's chest and back.

Children under 10 can book manicures, pedicures and polish services. Parents or guardians are responsible for children under 15 and for paying for any additional services. Spa packages for one person or for couples combine a manicure or pedicure with hand or foot massage and other treatments, with single packages starting at $70. Complimentary drinks and light refreshments are served with services, and the salon hosts parties, corporate events and get-togethers.

Booking policies: appointments are reserved with a credit card, and a 12-hour cancellation notice is required or a cancellation fee may apply. Clients have a 10 to 15 minute grace period before and after their appointment, and late clients may not be served by the same technician. If a client is not satisfied, the service is re-performed within three days, but refunds are not given. Changing services after they have been performed adds 50% of the new service's price. Reusable tools are sanitized and disinfected according to state regulations, and single-use items that cannot be disinfected are thrown away. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings or for allergic reactions to products.
