The MedSpa by Viva offering is provided by Viva Skin Lounge Maryland, which operates inside the salon, and clients contact Viva directly to schedule. Free consultations are available, and they are offered without a treatment the same day.

Booking requires a credit card that is held on file and charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise a charge of 50 percent of the reserved appointment applies. Bridal parties and group bookings need 72 hours' notice and pay a non-refundable deposit. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with varying hours and is closed Sunday and Monday. Guests can enjoy beverages and light snacks, may bring their own, and can use guest Wi-Fi. The spa is a quiet zone where guests are not permitted, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Suggested gratuity is 15 to 20 percent, and tips can be added through Tippy for a small surcharge.
