Permanent makeup is the core of the menu: microblading, microshading, powder and ombre brows, combination brows, eyeliner in thin, medium and full thicknesses, and lip blush. Corrections of earlier permanent makeup are offered, and Joy has treated hundreds of clients, including correction work. Corrections need six to eight weeks of healing between sessions, and some very dark brows may need more than one correction.

Skin care ranges from a 30 minute facial to a two hour customized treatment with deep pore cleaning. Treatments include extractions, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, microneedling, peels and oxygen infusion sessions. A men's facial line has four named tiers, from The Essential to The Custom, and a deep clean option that includes extractions, a customized mask and LED light.

Before a correction is booked, clients email a photo taken in clear daylight with bare skin and no makeup. Scheduled appointments require a non-refundable $200 deposit, which is applied to the upcoming service. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations or no-shows carry a $150 fee. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early for forms and skin prep, and each appointment time is held for one client, so a 15 minute late arrival cancels the booking. Gift cards are sold in $30, $50, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount.

Joy also teaches. Beginner workshops cover microblading, ombre and powder brows, lip blush and eyeliner, and run for three days with one-on-one supervision on a model. Beginner courses include a manual, a starter kit and a certificate of completion. Advanced workshops require prior experience and a photo of the student's work before enrolling.

Services are by appointment only, and corrections are reviewed from a bare-skin daylight photo before booking, with healing time built in between sessions.
