Bookings require agreeing to the studio's terms and policies, and appointments that break them can be cancelled. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. House calls are offered only in the Los Angeles area for a three-hour block priced at $300 with all services included, plus an added charge for travel and blocked-off time. The home needs air conditioning, a wide open space, an empty room or home with only the client and the esthetician present, a three-prong wall outlet and a parking space.

Eyelash policies are set out clearly. A full set refill booked more than 4 weeks after the set was applied is charged as a new full set. A lash fix must be done the day after a set or within 2 days of it to count as a lash fix; after 2 days it is charged as a one-week set fill, and the lash fix policy has no exceptions. Contact lenses must be removed before a Korean Lash Lift, and afterward the lashes should be kept dry, away from excess moisture, steam and oil-based products around the eyes during aftercare.
