Clients book online through a Square booking page. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Mondays.

Prices reflect the time, skill and professional products used in each appointment, and they can shift with hair density and length. Color correction is quoted after a complimentary consultation, is priced by the time needed for the look you want, and may take more than one visit. Hair extensions are also offered after a consultation.

Policies are worth reading before booking. Services are non-refundable once completed. Adjustment requests made within 5 days of an appointment are complimentary when they relate to the original service, and are usually handled by the original stylist. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price, paid before another appointment is booked.
