Hair extensions are one of the main focuses. The methods offered are sew-in wefts, K-tip and fusion or keratin bonds, I-tips, micro fusion and tape-ins, and the right method is chosen at a consultation based on hair type, lifestyle and goals. Extension pricing is set at consultation and depends on the type, desired length and volume. Fusion and keratin bonds can be cut into micro pieces and last about three months, while sew-in wefts need upkeep about every six weeks. Extensions are typically replaced every three to twelve months, with upkeep every four to six weeks for fine to medium hair or six to eight weeks for medium to coarse hair. New extension clients are asked to contact the salon before booking online, and extension appointments require a signed waiver.

Color services include mini, partial and full highlights, balayage and lived-in blondes done with hand-painted or foilyage techniques, full color, base touch-ups and grey blending. Color correction is priced at $150 per hour with a suggested four-hour minimum for the first season, listed at $600, and begins with a custom consultation. Ombre is listed at $300 and takes about three hours. Brazilian Blow Out is available in a Regular version that lasts up to 12 weeks and an Express version that lasts up to 6 weeks, with no downtime after the treatment. Kids cuts for children under 12 are $50 and take 30 minutes, and a consultation is $50 for 45 minutes.

Weddings and events can be covered for parties of any size, with additional hand-selected stylists and artists brought in when needed. Mobile hair and makeup is offered, and destination weddings and events are available worldwide. Reserving a wedding date requires a contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the wedding day total. Brides who book wedding services receive 20% off pre-wedding in-salon services such as trial runs, haircuts, color, highlights and Brazilian Blow Out, though this discount does not apply to extension hair.

Detangling is priced at $100 an hour and can be done at the salon or at a client's location, where a distance-based travel fee applies. Wig and topper work covers cutting and styling fitted to each client's face shape and features: wigs are $100, toppers are $75, bang cutting is $35 and lace trim is $15. The salon doesn't sell wigs or toppers, but staff can suggest where to find one. Booking requires a valid credit or debit card. Changes need 24 hours' notice; inside that window, cancellations are charged 50% of the service and no-shows 80%. Clients who turn up over 15 minutes late could be asked to reschedule, and the late cancellation fee may apply. Silent appointments can be requested at booking.
