Ashleigh Grounds

Ashleigh Grounds is a hair stylist and makeup artist who runs Grounds Salon. She studied cosmetology in Dallas and then completed a two-year apprenticeship with Toni & Guy Hair Salon in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is accredited by the international board of cosmetology.

Hair extensions are one of her signature specialties. Her work starts with a consultation that matches the extension method to each client's hair type, lifestyle and goals. She is master certified in Bellami Hair Extension and Babe Hair Extension, and in Brazilian Blow Out. She also offers detangling sessions in a judgment-free setting.

She has worked on hundreds of weddings and special events, and has worked New York Fashion Week, Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week and Austin Fashion Week multiple times. Her event credits include the Country Music Awards, SXSW, Formula 1 and photoshoots for the San Antonio Spurs, along with local film talent and TV segments for KXAN. She has also worked with clients across the world.
