The building holds a full-service salon, a trichology center for hair loss, a barbershop, private suites for extension and replacement visits, a steam bar, a color lab, a boutique selling gifts and apparel, an in-house education room, and a conference room that guests can reserve. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. Team members span apprentices and new hires through to master-level extension stylists and colorists. According to the salon, every technician is licensed, has been trained through its Advanced Training Program, and many hold brand certifications.

Pricing depends on the stylist's tier. New Talent stylists have fewer floor hours and less advanced training and charge lower prices. Listed prices are starting points and may rise for longer or thicker hair. Extension consultations cost $35, and hair replacement services all begin with a consultation. Elite or custom enhancement services may be limited to select providers, so clients should book those in advance.

Appointments require a credit card on file, and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Gratuity is not included in prices, and 15 to 20 percent is customary. Corrective work for salon mistakes is offered free if requested within 48 hours and not after 10 days. Unopened merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt, while custom hair sales are final. Gift cards come in $50, $100 and $200 amounts, are non-refundable and never expire. The salon is open Tuesday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are prohibited except certified service animals.
