Pedicure and manicure menus are arranged in tiers and differ somewhat between locations, so names and prices depend on where you book. Gel polish, polish changes, paraffin treatments and children's services are listed separately. Add-ons such as nail art, French tips, callus removal, buffing and removal of acrylic or gel can be combined with a service. Acrylic fills and full sets start at $30 to $40, depending on the service. Menu prices may change without notice, so the salon asks clients to call for current details.

Pedicure chairs are fitted with disposable liners, and the salon says its tools are disinfected or thrown away after use. It also says its technicians take part in ongoing training. Walk-ins and booked appointments are both welcome, and the lounge has a refreshment bar.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and clients more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled. A redo can be booked within five days of a gel polish or dipping service, or within three days of other services. Redos are offered if a client is unhappy, as long as the concern is raised right away. Refunds are not given for services or products. Unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon, and speakerphone calls and FaceTime are not permitted inside.

The salon says it aims for high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, uses tools that are disinfected or disposed of, and says it uses only A+ treatments. It also says it selects nail products from well-regarded industry brands.
