Every service begins with a personalized consultation, where the stylist and client review current styles and inspiration pictures together. Guests are offered a refreshing beverage on arrival. Color consultations are free and take about 30 minutes, and extension consultations are complimentary and required before any extension service can be booked.

The salon's signature packages bundle a color service, a customized Kerastase Fusio treatment, and a haircut with blow-dry. The salon describes its Signature Services as the total experience. Packages cannot be combined with other discounts or new guest specials, and extra fees may apply if a request goes beyond what a package covers.

Color, keratin and extension services are guaranteed only when the recommended products are bought from the salon. Some complex or corrective color work may take more than one visit, and no color service is guaranteed when at-home or box color is present. Prices are starting prices that can vary with the amount of color used and by stylist, based on experience and demand.

A card must be kept on file to book any appointment. Requests to change or reschedule need to come in at least 48 hours beforehand. Cancelling within that 48-hour window can incur a $50 fee, while a same-day cancellation can be charged up to half the price of the service. Missing an appointment without calling ahead is charged at 50%. Concerns about a service can be raised within 10 days, though the salon does not give refunds. Booking in advance is encouraged, as same-day openings can't be promised. Pricing is not given over the phone or online; an in-person consultation is needed to quote accurately.
