Hair extensions are a major part of the work. Hand-tied wefts are installed ultra-flat and suit fine to medium hair. Machine wefts are offered for medium to thick hair, although the salon notes they are not recommended for most clients. Tape-ins can be done by request for short-term wear. Every extension client starts with a 15 to 20 minute consultation covering goals, color match, method and maintenance plan, then receives a personalized quote based on desired length, density and method. The first extension appointment usually takes about 2 to 4 hours, and extension hair is color-matched to the client's natural hair before it is ordered.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers cuts and blow dries, color, blonding, gloss and root touch-ups. It says its stylists pursue ongoing education, including advanced color techniques, extension certifications and scalp health treatments, and that it keeps up with current trends while tailoring services to each client.

Extension care is part of the plan. Weft move-ups are recommended every six to eight weeks, tape-in extensions are replaced every eight to twelve weeks, and with proper care extension hair can last six to twelve months or more.
