Glory Does My Hair is a boutique salon in Brightwaters, Long Island. The studio is run by its owner, Glory, who has worked as a hairstylist for more than 35 years. She previously owned a busy seven-station salon and spa before focusing on this smaller studio.

Glory has appeared on the reality TV shows Jerseylicious and Extreme Mom Makeovers. The studio works with one client at a time, so each appointment has the stylist's full attention. Glory formulates all color herself, and she keeps up with advanced education on new techniques, products and trends.

Visits start with a complimentary consultation by phone. Menu prices are starting-at figures based on that conversation rather than fixed rates. Reservations are recommended, and walk-ins are accommodated when availability allows. The studio can be reached at 631-647-8511.

The salon is open Wednesday from 10 am to 3 pm, Thursday from 10 am to 9 pm, Friday from 3 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. It is closed Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
