Color is a large part of the menu. Root touch ups, glazes and full gloss-and-style services are offered, and a glaze can add shine, refresh ends, soften brassiness and add warmth.

New clients begin with a color consultation, which covers the color they want, timing, price and their color history. It is not a color appointment; color is booked for the consultation day. A combo option, Cut + Combo, pairs a dry curly cut with a root touch up, glaze and style for less than booking those services separately.

Clients who want help caring for their curls at home can book The Curly Girl Lesson, a one-on-one, hands-on session covering washing, detangling, styling and drying, with product knowledge and guidance on what to use.

Late cancellations are charged 70% of the service price. Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid the fee.

Curls are treated as their natural selves: cuts are done dry, and the salon pairs services with teaching clients how to maintain their curls at home.
