New clients usually start with the first-time Curly Cut Experience, a 195-minute appointment at $300. It includes a first consultation, a customized curly cut, a detox scalp scrub, a hydration and repair treatment, definition styling, diffused drying, and guidance on curls and product recommendations. Returning clients can book a 180-minute version at $275 with a follow-up consultation. Shorter options include a 60-minute cut without a wash, available to new clients at $115 and returning clients at $90 if the last cut was within the past five months.

Clients who want a cut and style without the full experience can book a 165-minute custom curly cut with styling and drying for $200, or add a hydration or strengthening treatment for $225 total. These options suit natural curls with little to no heat damage. Children ages 6 to 12 can book a 140-minute custom curly cut with wash, styling and diffusing for $125.

Booking requires a deposit of 50% of the service price, applied to the total. The balance can be paid in cash, which carries no tax and is preferred, including for tips, or charged to a card on file or Apple Pay with tax. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service price, and a new deposit is needed to reschedule. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and only the client may attend unless they are bringing a minor. Hours are Wednesday to Friday 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM; the studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Cuts are shaped dry to the client's desired look, and each appointment begins with a review of curl health before a routine is set for that client's curl needs.
