Appointments are booked by phone only, and the salon also takes walk-ins. Online booking is not available. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and gift cards are bought and sold in person. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Thursday and Friday during set daytime hours, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Saturday hours may vary. When clients arrive, the assistant greets them, guides them around the salon and shampoos them before styling.

Color ranges from natural shades to pastel hues. Clients who have a look in mind but are unsure how to get it can work with the team to make a plan together, and the stylists can also map out how to keep color looking fresh between visits. Stylists keep up with ongoing education in the latest cut and color trends. Prices are available on request, and some hair treatments are available on request when in stock.
