Every extension set is worked out with the client during a consultation, so the size, shape, fullness, and length suit the individual. The range runs from classic and hybrid sets to volume and mega volume, plus wet, wispy, and named sets such as the Fairy, Angel, and Brown Out. Lash lifts are offered for clients who want a more understated change to their natural lashes.

Beyond the chair, the studio teaches. A two-day group beginner course covers fundamentals, health and safety, fanning, curls, lash mapping, removals, and business and social media tips, and students leave with a beginner kit, manual, mannequin head, and certificate. A two-day private course moves at a slower pace, and a one-on-one Masters course adds live model practice and wispy lash mapping. A refresher course is available for artists with at least six months of experience, tailored after a questionnaire. The studio says it has trained over 100 students, and remote one-on-one coaching by Zoom is offered for people who are not local or not ready for an in-person course.

Some practical details matter when booking. Fill-ins are offered only for lashes originally applied at the studio, when at least 40% of lashes remain and the appointment is within three weeks of the last visit. Fills are not offered for sets applied elsewhere, which need to be removed before a full set is applied. Clients with significant lash loss may get in touch within 48 hours for a complimentary fill-in. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no makeup, serums, oils, or moisturizer, and to skip high buns and ponytails. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 late charge applies, and appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes. Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice, and refunds are not offered.
