Lash work is the core of the menu. Classic, hybrid and volume sets are offered, with volume customizable from soft to dramatic. A cluster set is a temporary enhancement meant to be removed within 5 to 7 days. Lash fills are for returning clients: a two-week fill must be booked within 14 days of the previous visit, and a three-week fill within 21 days. A fill booked later than 21 days, or after significant lash loss, may require a full set. Each lash appointment opens with a lash bath and warm towel cleanse, followed by a consultation where the client picks a style from a style book.

The two facials are the Renewal, at 75 minutes, and the Luxe, at 105 minutes. The Renewal includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, customized masks, targeted serums, LED light therapy, and a face, shoulder and arm massage. The Luxe adds dermaplaning, extractions as needed, high-frequency treatment and an extended facial to a similar set of steps.

Memberships are paid monthly. The Lash Member covers two Signature Lash Fills a month and includes priority maintenance and customized fills. The Facial Member covers one Luxe Facial a month and includes personalized skincare with each visit. Member benefits apply automatically at checkout when clients book as usual on the services page.

Booking policies: a valid card on file is required to secure appointments, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice, and no-shows, carry a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice may need to reschedule and are treated as late cancellations. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A complimentary glass of champagne, coffee or tea is included with services.
