The mani-pedi menu is organized into named packages such as Glamour Glow, Gleaming Secret, Garden Retreat and Detoxify and Glow Wellness, and a separate group of manicures and pedicures is designed for men. Nail enhancements include Gel-X extensions, builder gel and Emiline dipping powder. Removing gel polish, dipping powder or Gel-X is available for an extra fee and takes about 10 to 20 minutes.
Massage options run from a 15-minute chair session through neck and shoulder work, scalp treatment, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, mother-to-be and lymphatic renewal massages, several of them offered in more than one length. Facials blend professional skincare with massage and restorative rituals. The Ultra Firm and Lifting Facial combines a gentle peel, microcurrent and LED light, while the Specialized and Bespoke facials are tailored to anti-aging, acne, rosacea or sensitivity concerns.
The business says it selects natural, non-toxic ingredients for its treatments and keeps a non-toxic work environment. Standard services use non-toxic, vegan regular polish, and manicure and pedicure massages include an organic collagen cream.
Repairs on enhancements or gel manicures that chip, lift or loosen are free within three days of the original appointment, while repairs for work done at another salon are charged to the client. Regular polish services are not guaranteed, and refunds are not given once a service has been provided. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Children under 10 who are not receiving services need a parent or other childcare arrangement while in the salon, clients are asked to keep phones on vibrate, and only service animals with official vests are allowed.
