Requests are made through the hair and scalp analysis form, not by unscheduled phone calls, and each request is personally reviewed and answered within 24 hours. In-person studio analysis runs 90 minutes and includes live microscopic scalp imaging, strand elasticity and porosity testing, scalp pH and sebum analysis, a plain-language findings summary and a Hair Recovery Action Plan with referral guidance where a medical evaluation may be appropriate. A $50 deposit reserves the analysis and is applied toward the full fee. The same analysis can be done by live video for clients anywhere in the US, and it does not replace a medical diagnosis.

Treatment options run from a 12-week Scalp Restoration and Hair Loss Recovery program, with weekly in-studio sessions, to alopecia treatment for traction alopecia, stress-induced hair loss, alopecia areata, postpartum hair loss, chemical damage and hairline recession. Trichology hair regrowth follows a personalized protocol that combines in-studio scalp therapies, growth stimulation and a home care plan, adjusted as the scalp responds. Non-surgical hair replacement is matched to color, texture, density and base design, and begins with a $175 fitting that can be applied toward a hair service. Luxury extensions start with a paid 30-minute virtual planning call, then bead wefts, hybrid installs or K-tip installs. Head Spa is a relaxation-focused scalp service offered through a priority waitlist that does not reserve an appointment; it is a wellness and grooming service rather than a treatment for hair loss.
