Kristy Jarrett

Kristy Jarrett founded GlamorChiQ, where she works as the Hair Doctor. She holds the CT Certified Trichologist certification and the Certified Hair Loss Specialist (CHLS) credential, a nationally recognized credential in clinical assessment and non-medical treatment of hair loss. Her training covers trichology, the field focused on hair and scalp health, and she has more than 25 years of hair and scalp experience. Much of her practice addresses hair loss and scalp concerns through non-medical assessment and care planning, and she also works with natural and textured hair, hair replacement, trichology-based regrowth, and hair and scalp analysis. Before designing a protocol, she carries out a microscopic scalp exam, tests strand elasticity, checks pH and takes a complete hair history. She works with women in Memphis and across the country, in person or through virtual analysis, and personally reviews every analysis request. Phone calls are not taken unscheduled, which lets her give each client her undivided attention.
