Hair services cover cuts, blowouts and curls, several color options, extension work, updos for special occasions, and hair spa treatments. Makeup services include an everyday makeup lesson and bespoke makeup for events.

Visits begin with a free 30-minute consultation, where the stylist learns what the client wants and what look they are drawn to. Services are then shaped around the client's hair and features, with hair condition kept in mind throughout.

The studio is open Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM. A valid card on file is needed to book and is used only for cancellation fees. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; arriving later than that brings a $15 late fee or possible rescheduling. No deposit is needed to book, but after two cancellations a deposit is required to secure future appointments. Some services ask for a deposit from new clients: $25 for all over color, custom color, and styles, and $50 for updos. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The business volunteers at local events and charities, including complimentary makeovers for fundraisers, and promotes inclusivity across skin tones, hair textures, and features.

Healthy hair is central to the styling, with care and nourishment included in each service, and every look is tailored to the individual client.
