Nail work is the core of the menu. Acrylic sets are grouped into five tiers, with each tier priced and timed by how elaborate the design is: solid colors and French tips at the simplest level, then simple designs with minimal rhinestones, layered designs with 3D art and a few rhinestones, full designs with full bling, charms and 3D art, and character designs at the top. Almond, round or stiletto shapes and cat eye designs add a fee on acrylic sets. Structured manicures use builder gel and include cuticle care, shaping, cleaning under the nails and two coats of builder gel with top coat, with square or coffin shapes included. Toe extensions in poly gel or builder gel are also offered, and designs are extra. Custom nail decals can be printed on an 8x10 page and added to a nail appointment, and nail repair is priced by length, shape and design.

The Signature Spa Pedicure runs 90 minutes and includes nail trimming and shaping, buffing, cuticle grooming, a callus treatment, sugar scrub, mud mask, lotion massage and a hot towel wrap. All pedicures use no-chip gel polish.

Each client is booked for at least a three-hour window, and only the booked client may attend, except when booking together or for clients under 18. Bookings require a credit card deposit, and the balance can be paid in cash at the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and a late fee applies 10 minutes after the appointment time.
